John Agar – (1901- 1911)

The Son of John Agar born on 10th November 1878.

He was listed as an Assistant Watchmaker living at 26 Green St. Little Bolton in 1901, while his clockmaking father also John was then a Licensed Victualer.

It is likely that the reference to John Agar, 26 Manor Street Little Bolton, was the son, and this was his work place listed there in 1901.

He married in Bolton, and moved to Orlando Street, and by 1911 was living at Preston Street as a Watchmaker in his own right.
