The son of Charles Pinder, Charles Owen was in 1891 employed as an Assistant Watchmaker at the family home in Bark Street Little Bolton, he moved on to become a Lawyers’ Clerk by 1901.
There are no known examples of his work.
He died and left his effects to his Watchmaker Brother Edward Stanley on 1st August 1903
