William Lee the son of William Lee (1860-1942), was an apprentice watchmaker living at 22 Cannon Street in Bolton during 1911. Known to his friends and others as ‘Bill’
In 1917 he married Ada Greenall, and raised a family before emigrating to New Zealand, where he died on 11th October 1974.
They lived at 1 Marlborough Street, Christchurch Central in New Zealand.
He and Ada are remembered in the Canterbury memorial gardens Christchurch City, Canterbury, New Zealand.
