Carlton was watchmaker born in 1903, he lived with his family at 209 Longsight, Harwood, Bolton.
Carlton married his wife Carrie Scrogg on 4th July 1927, and by 1939 they had moved to Stretford.
Carlton died on 29th March 1951 in Asthon Under Lyne.
There are no known examples of his work.
