Thomas Kelly was listed as a watchmaker who was born in Coventry in 1838. He was located at 7 Union Buildings Bolton. Union Buildings a terrace located on Bradshawgate in 1871.
He was also listed there in the 1881 census with his wife Ann and sons Thomas Henry and John.
By 1891 the family had moved to Bilton Cum Harrogate.
Thomas died on 14th January 1892 and was buried in Harrogate.
