‘F. Fisher’ is mentioned in the listing Clock & Watchmakers of Bolton (up to 1900)by C Driver (October 1989) as operating in 1898-1900.
Frank Fisher was born in Bath, in 1852, the son of Ebinezer Fisher, of Bath, also a watchmaker, and they moved via Bury in 1871 where they are listed as a watchmakers at 3-5 Thomas Street, and then to Bolton, where by 1891 he was listed as a Watchmaker at 34 Proffitt Street.
In 1901 he was listed at 293 Derby Street Bolton living with his family, he died there on 4th September 1901.
There are no known examples of his work.
