Charles Wentworth Burrows was a Watchmaker and Jeweller who traded at No.40 Princess Street, off Bradshawgate, in Bolton and he was listed there in 1891.
Born in Bolton in 1891 he was baptised at the Parish Church on 9th June that year. He married his wife Esther Jones in July 1896, and was a Foreman Watchmaker suggesting he was and employee.
By 1901 he was living in Hind Street in Breightmet, and listed as a Watch Jobber.
He died in 1904 aged just 36 and was buried at St Michael’s Church, in Great Lever o the 7th of November 1904.
Following Charles’ death the family emigrated to Canada.
